A Tale of Three Cities Launch Party

This Friday sees the launch of A Tale of Three Cities - a literary journal produced by the guys behind the now legendary Book Club - at the decadent South Pigalle venue of Le Carmen.

The journal spans London, Paris and Berlin, and the first issue features an exclusive interview with contemporary literary star Zadie Smith, art from Joss McKinley and fiction from Literary Death Match creator Todd Zuniga. It's available in beautiful, tactile print-edition only, in a limited print run of just 500 copies. The launch party is happening in tandem with the latest edition of Paris' most exciting blue-stockinged event, The Book Club - at composer Bizet's former residence, the opulent cocktail bar, Le Carmen. Cocktails on the night will be very much on-theme, including the delightfully named Tequila Mockingbird and A la Recherche du Tonic Perdu. All you need to do is bring along a book you loved and swap it with someone else at the event. Meaning you'll end the night with a new-to-you, love-worn book and a brand new limited-edition copy of the latest, greatest, pan-European literary journal, A Tale of Three Cities.
